Video headstand 10x.. berhubung video editor di hp klo mau pake menu fast forwardnya kudu bayar, jd gw upload apa adanya aja deh.. 94mb.. hiks.. lama deh donlotnya..

Kurang lebih sih ky gini isi videonya.. naeh turun kaki ga ampe lantai trus nae lagi turun lagi setengah nae lagi turun lagi setengah dan seterusnya.. because doing sit up tiduran is too mainstream.. mo kencengin otot perut, pake gini dong.. *lalu ditoyor rame2*

Pdhl ga tau sih ngefek ke perut ato ga.. tdnya cm latah2an mo ikut fifin plank project sebulannya.. cm gw ga bisa deh plank doang bermenit2.. bosan gilak.. jd coba ginian aja.. ga tiap hari sih.. tp emang makin hari makin mudah.. makin cepet juga.. dan pastinya makin bosan.. errrr..

Btw, lg deg2an soal kanker kulit.. semoga bukan.. tapi memang ga ada salahnya mencegah.. kudu beli sunblock dan yg terpenting kudu rajin pakenya.. buat arley n tahnee juga.  Kita bertiga belangnya uda keterlaluan skrg.. hiks..

Hiks hiks hiks lagi.. sebenernya gw gapapa sih dgn belang2.. cm emang gw ngeri soal kanker kulit.. secara memang gw ngefans bngt ama si mentari.. tp ga mau juga ke kolam pake baju selam.. hiks.. what should i do…

Pose handstand kacau banget.. miring kiri ya kayanya.. entah kapan gw br berhasil handstand..
