“Good for your lung and respitory system..  exhale only and inhale happens automatically..” kira2 begitulah dialog yg diucapkan para guru yoga bikram..

Ini adlah teknik pernafasan untuk mengakhiri latihan kita..

Duduk berlutut tangan lurus menyentuh lutut, tiup nafas kenceng2..

Nah ternyata gw n tahnee tiap hari berlatih pernafasan ini.. gw di latihan yoga gw.. tahnee setiap kali bangun tidur dan gw lg ga di dktnya..
