Menghapus dosa lupa yoga

Salah jadwal yoga hari ini.. padahal uda makan banyak.. dari pagi sampai jam 2: cake – bakmi – nasi bakso – tahu gejrot – biskuit2.. hrsnya dosa2 itu dibayar dgn yoga.. *jd apa gunanya yoga cm buat biar impas in n outnya huks huks* jadilah ganti lari aja 1 putaran.. ga ngefek sih.. keringet 1/100nya yoga krn emang jaraknya pendek n berhenti2, cm rasanya dosaku sdh dihapuskan hohoooo..
